Please Note: All returns to LinuxSoftware.Vstore.Ca require a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Products must not have been openedAny merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender, NO EXCEPTIONS. Instore Credit is issued only! Note on Products Marked (R) for refurbished there are no refunds.
SOFTWARE We accept returns of un-opened software within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective merchandise for credit or exchange. (Please see "Obtaining an RMA" below.) LinuxSoftware.Vstore.Ca GPL CD-ROMS We do not warrant or guarantee the software on these CD's. We only guarantee the media. We accept returns of LinuxSoftware.Vstore.Ca GPL CD-ROMS within 30 days on defective media only. (Please see "Obtaining an RMA" below.)
OBTAINING AN RMA Please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by simply e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org When sending this e-mail, please be sure to include your original order number, the title, and catalog number of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. SENDING THE ITEM BACK TO US Now that you have your RMA number, please pack the item safely and securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure the proper return process. We do recommend insured shipping. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the credit to appear on your charge card statement. Instore credit will be given and all shipping charges are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis and more than one item discount. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.
Incomplete and Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the reshipping of orders due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address information. If the incorrect address results in the the items being returned undeliverable then the item will be reshipped to the customer and the customer will be charged an additional shipping charge. If the incorrect address results in the loss of the items ordered then the customer is responsible for all expenses and is not eligible for a refund. In the event an order with an incorrect address is cancelled the customer is still charged the original shipping charge for the first shipping attempt along with the 15% restocking fee.
You can return products if they are damaged during shipping for same product only. Please contact us on your next step of returning the item. Any cd returned to LinuxSoftware.vstore.ca within 30 days of purchase and found to be defective will be promptly replaced and shipped out free of charge.
